My property could have sold for a lot less, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, however Marvin managed to sell it at a price that I am happy with. What separates him from other agents is his passion for real-estate, which is clearly evident through both his words and actions. Upon meeting me for the first time he clearly explained his strategy to achieve the best possible outcome, i.e. a great sale.
